Margaret Brown, a Denver socialite, became known as unsinkable and "Molly". If this flaw was corrected (and the mp3s of the play-along tracks made available to us suckers that bought this edition) I would not hesitate to give 5 stars. The author definitely places Philosophy more than the hard-core Mathematics, so don't be disappointed if the reader's main goal is on Math.
Overall this book is a great book, but definitely not for the weaker math students. It's packed with useful meat information and lushly illustrated with drawings and photographs but of course not recommended for vegetarians. Some errors not withstanding, a book that will most certainly benefit a practicing engineer! All those who have not studied antennas in their course work, yet need to specify, test and deploy; all those who will never see an antenna, but must understand the path-loss mechanism in a fading environment will find it an invaluable resource.
