I met author of this book in Atlanta, Georgia at IMS2008. Some errors not withstanding, a book that will most certainly benefit a practicing engineer! All those who have not studied antennas in their course work, yet need to specify, test and deploy; all those who will never see an antenna, but must understand the path-loss mechanism in a fading environment will find it an invaluable resource. It really is a fantastic resource that I keep going back to for fundamental points in a readily comprehensible format. we hope for volumes 2, 3, etc.. I just returned from St Petersburg Russia where I had the privilege of visiting the three year old Faberge museum. Received in perfect condition!.
