I bought this for my 15 year old daughter and she loves it. This is a wonderful book. I should say, the World of Muhammad Ali.

Of great interest should be the 1960s Alex Haley interview with The Champ, where he gets in depth on his beginnings, his boxing style *and* his promotional style. the conclusions of current research.

The other half of the book is focused on specific weight training programs for different parts of the body, with thorough instructions and detailed photographs of each exercise.
