This book really lays out the info very gently, doesn't try to impress you with huge words or complex theorems. Great book with many projects along with full building and programming instructions. Concepts mentioned in this book can be a stepping stone for anyone(high school students, people in technical sales, non-technical managers, and even tax agents) who is considering a career in RF/wireless communication field. Unlike other leadership books focused on metrics and very disciplined management styles, this book focuses on building a company with a great culture and identifying the right skill sets at the appropriate levels. The Best Can-Am Source thus far is Pete Lyon's Two Books the "Picture Gallery"(Chaparral on Cover)Can-Am hardcover or softcover and Pete Lyon's Can-Am(McLaren On Cover) both excellent sources.As Well as the Can-Am DVD:Can-Am The Speed Odyssey.
