Whether you agree or disagree with the author's arguments and conclusions, you can learn much from this book.. I wanted to find out why it was so hard to quit smoking. Not recommended.

I expected a lot of this work; the title and the participation of MET predicted much. Louis de Montfort is unveiled in a manner that is powerful, personal and straightforward for adults and teens alike. He likes the book as well as one could when reading for school. It gives insight on how the press and fame has changed them to a point but not quite what I was expected. . It describes the health risks of smoking and honestly reveals the surprising psychological benefits that must be replaced in order to quit. Ways to influence your habit centers so to speak.. Terrell's tone within her journal to be very guarded in her feelings, and she maintained a contemplative, unexcited tone throughout the entire text.
