Michael Simonson is a program professor at Nova Southeastern University in the Instructional Technology and Distance Education program. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in Instructional Systems. He works with schools, organizations, and corporations to assist them to integrate instructional technology and distance education into teaching and training, and on the development of virtual schools. Simonson has authored four major textbooks dealing with distance education, instructional technology, instructional computing, and instructional media. I had to review at least two books for reluctant readers for a Graduate class that I am taking and I would like to share my synopsis of this particular book. His understanding and explanation pysocologically sticks and satisfying to the grey cells, it is like eating something really delicious and at the same time not a burden on your system, not a burden in the stomach and feels so good, you feel happy after reading his books and that is a cure in itself.
You can't wait to try the rememdies out as though you now can see through this medicine where before you had to read more then 3 or 4 books to get the same picture, yes it is a picture with tase, smell and feelings.
