Very good book with lots of good information in it. Their Turkish landlady, Beril, seems to think that by fixing them any one of two dozen Turkish dishes, she can put a bad mood or situation instantly better. There is a section on counting numbers and cardinality, complete with Hilbert's Infinity Hotel; there is an interesting section on how to approach geometry through Euclid's Elements, and so on. I'm a fan of the author's Jackrabbit Junction series so was eagerly anticipating reading this series. This little memoir of his journey from fat to "normal" size, is insightful and enjoyable to read. This book will definitely set you in the right path for an introductory communication class.. One of the best books I have ever read! This resolution teaches women how to live as a strong, graceful, Christian woman in a world filled with alternative views and poor role models. There is no hiding or prettifying the truth.
