However, for middle-schoolers ready for dark comedy, this is a nice transition. Most of the exercises can be done with minimal equiptment (free weights and bands) at home, only a few cover gym machines. Take my advice, I've looked a just about every book out there on this subject and this is the book that has it all.. I would highly recommend it..
